What services does PaezCymatics Studios offer?
4K video production, drone footage, photography, construction progress monitoring, podcast production, and custom websites and CRM for businesses. Kevin Paez handles every project directly, from concept to delivery, in English or Spanish.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually based on scope, length and deliverables. Tell me what you need and I'll send you a free, no-obligation proposal.
What are the payment terms? Do you issue invoices?
Yes, I issue invoices, and I accept international payments through PayPal and Stripe. All projects require an 80% deposit to begin, with the remaining 20% due on final delivery.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. As a guide: a video takes 2 to 5 weeks, a website 3 to 6 and a custom CRM 4 to 8.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I'm based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and cover the entire metro area. I travel to other cities and countries for video and drone shoots, scheduled in advance. Websites and CRM are built remotely for clients anywhere in the world.
What's included in a video project?
The final edited video, color graded and delivered in the formats you need. It includes 2 to 3 rounds of revisions; additional changes are billed separately. Raw footage is not included.
What does a custom CRM include?
It's designed around how your business operates. It can include clients and leads, sales tracking, product or property inventory, scheduling, WhatsApp integration, a web portal, reports, user permissions and a mobile app. Every module fits your process.
Do you offer support after delivering a website or system?
Yes. If something breaks or you need help, you open a ticket and I follow up until it's resolved.
What equipment do you use? Are you a licensed drone pilot?
I shoot in 4K with Sony mirrorless cameras, a DJI Mavic 2 Pro drone and an Insta360 for 360° footage. I'm registered with AFAC (Mexico's Federal Civil Aviation Agency) and hold an FAA drone pilot license.
